摘要
上海市轨道交通14号线建设条件复杂、工期质量要求高、管理难度大,为保证建设平稳推进,在全生命周期中采用基于BIM技术的建设、勘察、设计、施工、监理、厂商一体化技术路线和管理平台,广泛、深度地运用“市政管线综合优化”“三维正向设计”“预留预埋管理”“土建结构几何尺寸智能化检验”“预制装配式施工管理”“设施设备产品模型库”“数字化运维管理”等BIM应用,有效地提高设计效率与精度、优化施工管控和进度,在提供运维数字底座及信息化支撑等方面作用突出。该模式可做为工程类项目数字化精细管理的探索方向。
Shanghai rail transit line 14 is fraught with complex construction conditions,stringent quality requirements,and severe management difficulties.To ensure construction progresses smoothly,it has adopted the integrated technical route for construction,survey,design,implementation,supervision,manufacture,and management platform based on BIM across the entire life cycle,and extensively and deeply utilized various BIM applications such as“comprehensive optimization of municipal pipelines”,“three-dimensional forward design”,“reserved and pre-buried management”,“intelligent inspection of structural geometric dimensions”,“prefabricated construction management”,“product model library for facilities and devices”,as well as“digital operation and maintenance management”.It effectively improved design efficiency and accuracy,optimized construction controls and progress,and was outstanding in providing an operational and maintenance digital foundation and information support.This mode can be used as a direction for exploration of lean digital management of engineering projects.
