基于盾构大数据的隧道施工状态实时监测系统研制

Development of a real-time tunnel construction status monitoring system based on shield big data

为监测隧道掘进过程中盾构机组、人员以及现场环境情况,文章研制一套盾构施工状态实时监测系统。首先,根据盾构机整机结构特点,构建盾构刀盘、主驱动、液压系统等关键部件运行状态的数据采集与传输系统,并针对差异化的数据格式,构造一种多特征维度的盾构大数据分类整合框架;其次,结合盾构施工中各项参数的数据结构关系,设计一种包含采集、监控、管理、分析四大核心功能的智慧盾构信息平台;最后,将施工过程中集成的隧道地层参数、盾构施工参数、传感器监测参数等进行实时显示。该系统可实现随时、随地监管刀盘、姿态等盾构参数,从而提升工程管理人员的工作效率。

To monitor the shield unit,personnel,and site environment during tunnel boring,this article develops a set of shield construction status real-time monitoring system.First,according to the structural characteristics of the entire shield machine,a data acquisition and transmission system for the operating status of key components such as shield cutter,main drive,hydraulic system,etc.is established,and a multi-featured dimensional shield big data classification and integration framework is constructed for the differentiated data formats.Second,an intelligent shield information platform is designed including four core functions of acquisition,monitoring,management,and analysis in combination with the data structure relationship of each parameter of shield construction.Finally,the tunnel stratum parameters,shield construction parameters,and sensor monitoring parameters integrated in the construction process are displayed in real time.This system could realize the supervision of shield parameters such as cutter,pose,etc.at any time and any place,thus enhancing the efficiency of engineering management personnel.
