城际铁路现有客票管理模式解析和未来发展模式研究

摘要 国内城际铁路的建设和席位管理方式来源于高速铁路,城际铁路相较于高速铁路具有线路短、运量大、班次多等特点。根据其特点,广州城际铁路和川渝地区城际铁路分别做出地铁化票制和公交化票制的席位管理新模式。文章通过详细分析2种票制席位管理方法的计划、生成方式,车票发售、使用与支付方式,明确2种票制进一步推广的可行性与优劣势。结论发现2种票制均无法适应高峰时段短时间内大客流出行需求,因此文章在2种票制基础上增加对具体车站间席位存量管理模式的研究,旨在完善2种票制管理方式。 The construction and seat arrangement methods for intercity railways in China originate from high-speed railways.Compared to high-speed railways,intercity railways have the characteristics of shorter travel routes,larger traffic volumes,and more train trips.According to their characteristics,Guangzhou intercity railway and Sichuan-Chongqing intercity railway have individually developed new seat arrangement models based on metro and bus ticket system.The article analyzes in detail seat arrangement methods of the two ticket systems from plans,arrangement methods,ticket sales,validation,and payment method perspectives,and clarifies the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of the two ticket systems for further promotion.The conclusion is that both ticket systems cannot meet short-term heavy passenger flow demand during peak hours.Therefore,this article researches the arrangement modes of seat stock controls between specific stations on the basis of the two ticket systems to improve the arrangement modes of the two ticket systems.
