基于矿物元素指纹的进口橄榄油产地溯源

Origin Traceability of Imported Olive Oil Based on Mineral Element Fingerprint

摘要 进口橄榄油价格不菲,为保障我国消费者权益,建立高效、简便、准确的进口橄榄油产地溯源方法势在必行。本文利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,ICP-AES)对67份由西班牙、意大利、希腊3个国家进口的橄榄油样品中的50种矿物元素进行了含量分析测定,获得了3个产地橄榄油中的矿物元素指纹图谱,并对所得数据进行了方差分析、主成分分析,建立了线性判别和人工神经网络模型。一般判别模型初始验证准确率为100.0%,交叉验证准确率为95.5%;人工神经网络模型训练验证准确率为100.0%,检验验证准确率为95.2%。结果表明,利用矿物元素判别橄榄油产地来源方法有效,对促进进口橄榄油贸易健康发展具有重要意义。 Imported olive oil is expensive,in order to protect the rights and interests of Chinese consumers,it is urgent to establish an efficient,simple and accurate method to trace the origin of imported olive oil.In this study,the content analysis of 50 mineral elements in 67 samples of olive oil imported from Spain,Greece and Italy was conducted using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The study generated mineral element fingerprints for olive oil from the three countries.Data analysis involved variance analysis,principal component analysis,and the development of linear discrimination and artificial neural network models.The initial accuracy of the general discrimination model was 100.0%,with a cross-validation accuracy of 95.5%.The artificial neural network model demonstrated training and verification accuracies of 100.0%and a testing accuracy of 95.2%.These results indicate the effectiveness of using mineral elements to discern the origin of olive oil.The results show that the method of identifying the origin of olive oil by mineral elements is effective,and this study is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of imported olive oil trade.
