基于组合赋权法的水库大坝安全性评价

摘要 水库大坝安全性评价涉及工程质量、防洪能力、结构安全等指标及各指标所占权重,虽然这些指标可以根据规范进行评价,但是对于各指标所占权重,尚未有统一定论。提出一种组合赋权法以确定各指标所占权重,该方法考虑常规方法如AHP法的优势,同时克服该类方法的缺点,对权重进行更加合理的评价,进而对水库大坝的安全性进行可靠的评价。以五座水库为例,说明提出方法的实现过程,同时采用规范法对该五座水库的安全性进行评价,通过对比本文提出的方法与规范法,验证本文提出组合赋权法的有效性。 The safety evaluation of dams involves indicators such as engineering quality,flood control capacity,structural safety,and the weight of each indicator.Although these indicators can be evaluated according to associated standards,there is no unified conclusion on the weight of each indicator.This paper proposes a combination weighting method to determine the weight of each indicator.This method takes into account the advantages of conventional methods such as AHP,overcomes the shortcomings of such methods,evaluates the weight more reasonably,and then reliably evaluates the safety of dams.Taking five reservoirs as examples,the implementation process of the proposed method was explained,and the safety of the five dams was evaluated using the method based on associated standards.By comparing the proposed method with the method based on associated standards,the effectiveness of the combined weighting method proposed in this paper was verified.
