高中英语课程评价的公平性架构初探

摘要 评价公平性关乎教与学的质量,乃至影响整个社会教育体系的公正。本文首先界定了课程评价与高中英语课程评价的概念。随后,以既有测试公平性理论为依托,分析了课程评价公平性的内涵和操作。最后,结合高中英语课程评价的主要层面,借助对课程评价公平性的研究,从评价体系、评价主体、评价方式、评价功能、评价过程五个维度构建了高中英语课程评价公平性的初步架构,以期突出评价的公平性与道德伦理价值,以期对高中英语课程评价有实际的指导意义。 The fairness of evaluation is related to the quality of teaching and learning,and even affects the justice of the whole social education system.This paper first defines curriculum evaluation and senior high school English curriculum evaluation.Then,based on the existing test fairness theory,the connotation and operation of the fairness of curriculum evaluation are analyzed.Finally,combining with the main aspects of senior high school English curriculum evaluation and the study of the fairness of curriculum evaluation,the preliminary fairness framework of senior high school English curriculum evaluation is constructed from the five dimensions namely evaluation system,evaluation subject,evaluation method,evaluation function and evaluation process,in order to highlight the fairness and moral value of evaluation,and shed light on practical guiding significance for senior high school English curriculum evaluation.
