摘要
磁流变阻尼器是一类低功耗可调阻尼元件,被广泛应用于半主动隔振控制应用中,它具有较强的非线性滞回特性,构建能够较好地反映其外特性的动力学模型一直是一个难点。基于此搭建了旋转式磁流变阻尼器的外特性测试平台,经滤波、相位补偿等数据处理,得到该阻尼器在不同电流下的外特性曲线。利用最小二乘法,根据外特性曲线,基于Bouc-Wen模型进行参数估计,得到不同电流下的参数值,用电流对参数值进行拟合,得到可适用于任意电流的磁流变阻尼器动力学模型。经验证,平均MAPE为3.79%,最高MAPE为4.35%,该动力学模型拟合效果良好。
Magnetorheological dampers have strong nonlinear hysteresis characteristics.It has always been difficult to construct a dynamic model that can better reflect their external characteristics.A test platform for the external characteristics of a rotary magnetorheological damper is constructed.The external characteristic curve of the damper under different currents is obtained,through filtering and phase compensation.Using the least squares method,the parameters are estimated based on the Bouc-Wen model,according to the external characteristic curve.Then the parameter values under different currents are obtained.The parameter values are fitted with the current,which can obtain the magnetorheological damper dynamic model that can be applied to any current.It is verified that the average absolute percentage error is 3.69%,which explain that the dynamic model fits well..
