氧化镁用量对溴化丁基橡胶气密层胶性能的影响

摘要 研究氧化镁用量对溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)气密层胶性能的影响。结果表明:氧化镁对BIIR胶料具有双重作用,一方面氧化镁作为防焦剂延长胶料焦烧时间,另一方面氧化镁具有硫化剂的性质,能够提高硫化胶的交联密度;随着氧化镁用量的增大,BIIR胶料的焦烧时间和t90延长,交联密度呈增大趋势,拉伸强度增大到一定水平后非常缓慢地上升,拉断伸长率和损耗因子减小,耐热空气老化性能提高,气密性和耐疲劳性能变化不大;当氧化镁用量为0.4~0.6份时,BIIR胶料的综合性能最优。 The effects of the amount of MgO on the properties of BIIR inner liner compound were investigated.The results showed that MgO had a dual effect on the BIIR,on the one hand,MgO acted as an anti-scorching agent to prolong the scorch time,and on the other hand,MgO could also be used as a curing agent to improve the crosslinking density.With the increase of the amount of MgO,the scorch time and t90 of the BIIR compound were prolonged,the crosslink density showed an increasing trend,the tensile strength increased slowly after reaching a certain level,the elongation at break and loss factor decreased,the heat air aging property was improved,while the air tightness and fatigue resistance changed little.When the amount of MgO was 0.4~0.6 phr,the comprehensive properties of the BIIR compound were the best.
