摘要
巨噬细胞具有功能可塑性,使其能够根据微环境线索不同极化为不同表型,主要分为两种类型,即促炎M1型巨噬细胞和抗炎M2型巨噬细胞,它们在单纯疱疹病毒1型(Herpes simplex virus-1,HSV-1)感染的疾病发展中行使不同的功能。当巨噬细胞出现极化失衡时,可以通过多种因素对其失衡状态进行调节,靶向调节巨噬细胞的极化状态对于治疗HSV-1感染具有重要意义。本文对巨噬细胞极化及其在HSV-1感染中的作用研究进展进行总结,以期为HSV-1感染的进一步研究及治疗提供参考依据。
Macrophages possess functional plasticity so that they can be polarized into different phenotypes according to different microenvironmental cues.They are mainly divided into two types:pro-inflammatory M1macrophages and anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages.They show different functions in the development of herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1) infected diseases.When macrophage polarization imbalance occurs,it can be regulated by a variety of factors.Targeted regulation of macrophage polarization is of great significance for treatment of HSV-1 infection.This article summarizes the research progress on macrophage polarization and its role in HSV-1 infection,in order to provide reference for further research and treatment of HSV-1 infection.
