摘要
随着在中国香港、加拿大、西班牙和法国相继报道人感染鼠戊型肝炎病毒(Rocahepevirus ratti genotype C1;HEV-C1)病例,HEV-C1作为一种新发的人兽共患病毒,引起了全球的广泛关注。本研究对于HEV-C1感染人类相关的病原学特征、流行病学、基因组系统进化、动物和细胞模型以及病原学检测等进行系统综述,以期为HEV-C1的深入研究及疾病防控提供参考。
Zoonotic transmission of rat hepatitis E virus(Rocahepevirus ratti genotype C1;HEV-C1) has raised public health concern worldwide along with reported cases of human HEV-C1 infections in Hong Kong(China),Canada,Spain and France.Thus,we systematically reviewed the etiological characteristics,epidemiology,phylogenetics,animal and cellular experiments,pathogen detection,and vaccine development that have been performed associated with HEV-C1 infections in humans.This review aims to contribute to further research on the prevention and control measures for HEV-C1.
