摘要
针对固态功率控制器(SSPC)工作参数的可编程升级需求,基于SSPC反时限保护的原理和电路结构,利用Saber软件搭建了一种反时限过流保护行为模型,并考虑了过流比的上限设置功能。同时,提出了一种可编程设置器件时间常数T_D的方法。通过对某型器件的模型仿真和实际测试,结果表明此模型能够较好地模拟反时限保护行为,并验证了所提方法的可行性。该研究可为SSPC未来的可编程设计提供指导,并为大型配电系统的集成仿真分析提供理论依据。
In response to the programmable upgrade requirements of the working parameters of solid-state power con-trollers(SSPC),based on the principle and circuit structure of the reverse time-limited overcurrent protection of the SSPC,a reverse time-limited overcurrent protection behavior model is built using Saber,and the upper limit setting function of the overcurrent ratio is considered.At the same time,a programmable method is proposed to set the device time constant.The model simulation and actual testing of a certain type of device show that this model can simulate reverse time-limited protection behavior well and verify the feasibility of the proposed method.This study can provide guidance for the future programmable design of SSPC and provide a theoretical basis for the integrated simulation analysis of large-scale power distribution systems.
