无模型固定时间滑模的PMSM变权预测电流控制

摘要 针对传统永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制系统易受电机参数和负载干扰的问题,提出无模型固定时间滑模速度调节的PMSM变权预测电流控制。首先,基于改进的非线性固定时间快速幂次趋近律设计了无模型固定时间滑模速度控制器,并利用扩张状态观测器(ESO)估计和补偿综合扰动项,从而提高了速度环的快速性和鲁棒性,同时减少了抖振。然后,为了综合解决传统的电流环无差拍预测控制电流跟随性与鲁棒性问题,设计了一种无差拍预测电流与滑模预测电流变权复合式电流控制器,有效地保持了电流快速跟随,并增强了电流环的鲁棒性。最后,仿真和半实物实验结果表明了所提控制策略的有效性。 In view of the problem that the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)vector control sys-tem is susceptible to the interference of motor parameters and load,a variable weight predictive current control for PMSM with model-free fixed-time sliding mode speed regulation is proposed.First of all,a model-free fixed-time slid-ing mode speed controller is designed based on the improved nonlinear fixed-time fast power reaching law,and the extended states observer(ESO)is used to estimate and compensate the integrated disturbance,thus improving the speed loop's rapidity and robustness,and reducing the chattering.Then,in order to comprehensively solve the problem of current following and robustness of traditional deadbeat predictive control of.current loop,a compound current con-troller with deadbeat predictive current and sliding mode predictive current variable weight is designed,which effec-tively keeps the current fast following and enhances the robustness of current loop.Finally,the simulation and hard-ware-in-the-loop experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
