一种开关电源的辅助电路设计

摘要 随着电子技术的飞速发展,开关电源在电子系统设备中作用越发重要,负载设备能否稳定可靠工作,开关电源的辅助电路设计至关重要,针对开关电源供电系统中,某一支路负载故障,输出的功率瞬时加大,导致开关电源断开输出,其他非故障负载无法正常工作的情况。设计了一种辅助功能电路,当负载发生故障时,在极短的时间内开关电源输出一个故障大电流,配合直流断路器迅速切断故障负载支路,非故障负载继续工作。并把该电路应用在一款开关电源中,对其进行测试,当开关电源某一负载支路发生短路故障时,开关电源12 ms内输出故障电流,故障电流最大是额定电流的6倍,从而切除有故障的负载支路,让开关电源恢复正常工作状态,继续为其他负载供电。 With the rapid development of electronic technology,switching power supply plays an increasingly important role in electronic system equipment.Whether the load equipment can work stably and reliably,the auxiliary circuit design of switching power supply is very important.For the switching power supply system,a branch of the load fault,the output power increases instantaneously,resulting in the switching power supply disconnected output,other non-fault load can not work normally.A kind of auxiliary function circuit is designed,when the load fault occurs,the switching power supply output a fault current in a very short time,with direct current circuit breaker quickly cut off the fault load branch,non-fault load continue to work.The circuit is applied in a switching power supply,and tested.When a load branch of the switching power supply has a short circuit fault,the switching power supply output fault current within 12 ms,the maximum fault current is six times the rated current,so as to remove the faulty load branch,the switching power supply to restore normal working state,continue to supply power to other loads.
