多体多区段换热器结构技术现状

摘要 为了加深对常见于炼油和石油化工及其他化工装置中多区段功能式换热器基本结构的认识,结合一系列典型案例总结了各种结构,包括换热组合其他功能的区段直连与区段一体化换热设备以及多段空气预热器等3种类型,对每一类又基于区段结构的组合方式、是否可拆及设备整体的安装等特点进行了细分。在此基础上讨论了多体多区段换热器的概念,概括了一些相关特点,包括多区段的基本设计参数,主体结构形式对设计的影响,工艺与结构的协调,吊装运输技术等。最后提出了一些技术问题和发展方向。 In order to deepen the understanding of the basic structure of multi-zone heat exchangers commonly used in oil refining,petrochemical industry and other chemical plants,a series of typical cases were combined to summarize various structures,including three types of multi-zone heat exchangers,such as section direct connection,and section integrated heat exchange equipment with other functions for heat exchange combination,and nultizone section air preheater.The characteristics of each type are subdivided,such as the combination method based on the section structure,whether it can be detachable and the overall installation of the equipment.On this basis,the concept of multizone-in-multiztishell heat exchanger is discussed,to summarize some relevant characteristics including the basic design parameters of multi-zone functional heat exchanger,the influence of the main structural type on the design,the coordination between process and structure,lifting and transportation technology,etc.Finally,some technical problems and development directions are put forward.
