This paper analyzes the low efficiency,high water consumption and high pollution of the water jet vacuum pump widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises,introduces the application situation of the new dry screw vacuum system,analyzes its application characteristics and design requirements in pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises,and puts forward scientific and effective maintenance and management strategies to improve the safety,stability and high efficiency of the vacuum system in the production process.
