With the rapid advancement of biotechnological breeding techniques,R&D investment in this field has been steadily increasing.Concurrently,the associated risks have become increasingly prominent and cannot be overlooked.This study delves deep into the risk assessment and management strategies associated with investment in biotechnological breeding R&D.The research highlights the technological,market,legal,and social risks inherent in investments,arising due to swift technological iterations and societal concerns about the safety of biotechnological breeding.To better assess and manage these risks,the research proposes a series of strategic recommendations,including strengthening internal risk management systems,collaborating with external institutions,and adopting a multidisciplinary research perspective.This study aims to provide guidance on risk assessment and management for biotechnological breeding enterprises,investors,and policymakers.
