基于S-O-R模型的图书馆低幼儿阅读流失行为演化模型研究

Evolutionary Model of Young Children's Reading Loss Behavior in Library Based on S-O-R Model

【目的/意义】通过构建基于“S-O-R”模型的图书馆低幼儿阅读流失行为演化模型,为图书馆针对低幼儿群体开展个性化推荐、流失用户预测等措施提供指导。【方法/过程】采用扎根理论对低幼儿家长访谈数据进行编码并提取低幼儿流失因素、心理变化、流失行为、基本属性四个方面的流失用户标签,提出构建图书馆低幼儿阅读流失群体用户画像的一种方法,将图书馆低幼儿阅读流失用户分为资源敏感型、环境敏感型、外界影响型和客观限制型四类。【结果/结论】基于“S-O-R”模型,提出图书馆低幼儿阅读流失行为演化模型,理清用户流失影响因素、用户心理变化和用户流失行为三者间的关系。【创新/局限】促进图书馆针对低幼儿群体阅读服务的优化,推进全民阅读建设工作的施行。不足之处在于,对于低幼儿阅读流失标签的提取,是通过对低幼儿家长的采访间接获得的,存在不全面的问题,还需要对低幼儿本体进行更深入的研究。

[Purpose/significance]The evolutionary model of young children's reading loss behavior in library based on S-O-R model can facilitate the library to implement personalized recommendation and user churn forecast for the young children group in the future.[Method/process]The grounded theory is used to encode and analyze the interview data of young children's parents and extract the losing user labels of young children's reading from four aspects:young children's loss factors,psychological changes,loss behavior and basic attributes.Proposing a method to construct the user portrait model of young children's reading loss group in library to classify the loss of users into four types:resource sensitive,environment sensitive,external influence and objective restriction.[Result/conclusion]Based on the S-O-R model,proposing the evolutionary model of young children's reading loss behavior in library to clarify the relationship among influencing factors of user loss,user psychological change and user loss behavior,so as to provide reference for the library to promote the optimization of library reading services for young children,and promote the construction of civil reading.[Innovation/limitation]Promote the optimization of library reading services for young children,and promote the implementation of national reading construction.The disadvantage is that the extraction of reading loss labels for young children is indirectly obtained through interviews with parents of young children,which is not comprehensive,and more in-depth research on the ontology of young children is needed.
