摘要
当前,双高速棒材轧制工艺已成为棒材生产的发展趋势。介绍了中冶赛迪以总承包模式为国内某厂建设的双高棒生产线工艺装备特点,包括:铸-轧匹配、孔型系统、高精度和高速轧制、控轧控冷、高效精整工艺以及步进梁式加热炉、模块化轧机、水冷温控系统、高速上钢系统等先进装备。该生产线设计定位于专业化建筑用棒材,设计过程中始终贯彻高产高效理念,全线新工艺及装备均立足于国产。目前该产线已实现低成本稳定运行,轧线速度、产量、成材率、作业率等各项生产指标已达到国内一流水平,产品实物质量也均优于国家标准。该产线成功运行符合全国产化双高棒生产线新工艺及装备低成本的发展趋势,对同行业具有重要的借鉴意义。
At current,the dual-line high-speed bar rolling process is the development trend of bar production.the characteristics of the technology and equipment of the dual-line high-speed bar constructed by CISDI of a domestic plant were introduced,including casting-rolling matching,roll pass system,high-precision and high-speed rolling,controlled rolling and cooling and efficient finishing technologies and walking beam heating furnace,modular rolling mill,water cooling temperature control system,high-speed delivery system and other advanced equipment.This rolling line mainly focused on the specialized bars for construction,the concept of high yield and efficiency has always been implemented and the equipment of the whole line is based on domestic production.Low cost and stable operation has been achieved after commissioning.Various assessment indicators including product accuracy,speed,output and yield have reached the domestic first-class level,and the physical quality of products is also superior to national standards.The successful completion of the line leads the development trend of the technology and equipment of the dual-line high-speed bar,which is important reference for the same industry.
