双高速棒材生产工艺技术与装备实践

摘要 随着市场对带肋钢筋产量及质量的要求越来越高,高速棒材生产线因高生产效率、精确的负偏差控制、稳定的控轧控冷工艺等优点成为未来棒材生产的主流趋势之一。以新落成的昆钢双高棒生产线为例,介绍了双高棒生产线新工艺技术及核心设备。该产线采用了优化的工艺布置,更加灵活的生产工艺,避免了因切分带来的产品表面质量问题;单一孔型系统实现了多规格产品使用1套孔型生产的新模式,大大减少了更换孔型和换辊的时间,有效提高了生产作业率;分级控制冷却工艺效果强于传统方案,实现了热轧钢筋合金减量化生产。该产线配备了模块化精轧机、高速上钢系统、控轧控冷装置、智能操控支持系统及一线一室等一系列核心装备与先进技术,在保证产品质量及精度达到国际先进水平的基础上,实现了全线设备国产化,大大降低了投资与生产运行成本。 With the increasing demand for the production and quality of ribbed bars in the market,high-speed bar production lines have become one of the mainstream trends in the future bar production due to their advantages such as higher production efficiency,more precise negative tolerance control,and more stable controlled rolling and controlled cooling.The newly built high-speed bar production line of Kunming Iron and Steel Group was taken as an example to introduce the new technology and key equipment of dual-line high-speed bar production line.The production line adopts optimized process layout,and a more flexible production process avoids surface quality problems caused by splitting technonogy.Single pass system has achieved a new mode of using one set of passes for production of multi-gauge products,greatly reduced the time for changing passes and rolls,and effectively improved production efficiency.The graded controlled cooling process has a stronger cooling effect than traditional process,and can achieve green production with alloy decrement.The production line is equipped with a series of core equipment and advanced technologies such as modular finishing rolling mill,high speed delivery systems,controlled rolling and controlled cooling devices,intelligentcentralized control system,not only ensuring product quality but also get high accuracy,which has already reaching the international advanced levels.The entire line equipment has been domestically produced,greatly reducing investment and production operating costs.
