摘要
为掌握美国高超声速领域发展动向,对美军2018—2024财年高超声速技术领域科研预算进行了系统梳理和分析,包括预算投入的整体概况,各高超声速技术领域的主导部门、侧重类别,预算投向投量分析等。通过对美国预算投资文件的挖掘、梳理、归类、解析,从型号研制、技术研发、能力验证等多个维度,总结美军近7年高超声速技术领域科研预算投向投量特点。分析结果表明,美军高超声速技术研发的预算经费逐年上升,其中,高超声速打击武器技术领域投入最大,兼顾型号研制和技术研发;高超声速防御技术领域以拦截、预警跟踪能力提升为重点;可重复使用高超声速技术领域侧重动力技术和总体技术的精进。
In order to grasp the development trend of hypersonic technology in the United States, the scientific research budget of hypersonic technology in FY2018—2024 of the US Army is systematically sorted out and analyzed, including the overall overview of budget investment, the leading departments and key categories of each hypersonic technology field as well as the analysis of budget investment volume. Based on the mining, sorting, classification and analysis of the US budget investment documents, the characteristics of the US military's scientific research budget investment in the field of hypersonic technology in recent 7 years are summarized from multiple dimensions such as model development, technology research and development as well as capability verification. The analysis results show that the budget of hypersonic technology is increased year by year, and the hypersonic strike weapon technology is the most important field, which takes into account both model and technology development. The field of hypersonic defense technology focuses on the improvement of interception and early warning tracking capabilities, and the field of reusable hypersonic technology focuses on the advancement of power technology and overall technology.
