数字经济作为推动经济发展的新引擎,通过智能化匹配、降本增效、渗透融合及关联带动效应赋能传统产业转型发展。当前,山东省正处于新旧动能转换的关键阶段,数字经济发展面临着关键核心技术攻关不足、数字基础设施建设不完善、数字科技创新生态不健全、数据资源价值挖掘不充分等困境。未来,要加强关键核心技术攻关、优化数字基础设施建设、完善数字科技创新生态、挖掘数据资源价值,充分发挥数字化对山东省传统产业转型升级的推动作用。

The digital economy,as a new driving force for economic development,plays a crucial role in empowering the traditional industrial transformation through intelligent matching,integration,and driving effects.In the context of Shandong Province’s transformation from old to new driving forces,the development of the digital economy encounters certain challenges.These include insufficient research on key core technologies,incomplete digital infrastructure construction,immature digital technology innovation system,and under-utilization of data resources.To address these challenges and fully harness the potential of the digital economy in promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in Shandong Province,several actions need to be taken.Firstly,it is essential to strengthen key core technology research.Secondly,efforts should be made to optimize the construction of digital infrastructure.Thirdly,improve the digital technology innovation system should be improved.Finally,it is crucial to tap into the value of data resources.
