摘要
开发了一套尼龙及尼氨织物染固一体工艺,考察了配套助剂的用量、染料种类以及促染剂种类等工艺条件对染料上染率、织物染色深度及色牢度的影响。结果表明:该工艺染色织物的K/S值和色牢度与传统工艺相当。该工艺尤其适合尼氨织物在中性条件下染深色,染色织物的各项色牢度达4级或以上。该染固一体工艺省去了后道固色工艺,提高了生产效率且节能降耗。
An integrated dyeing and fixing process for nylon and nylon/spandex interwoven fabrics is developed.The effects of the amount of auxiliaries,the type of dyestuff and dyeing promoter on the dyeing rate and the dyeing depth and colour fastness of the fabric are investigated.The results show that the K/S value and color fastness of the dyed fabric are similar to those of the traditional process.The process is particularly suitable for neutral dyeing of dark nylon and nylon/spandex interwoven fabrics,where the colour fastness of the dyed fab⁃ric can reach Grade 4 or above.The integrated dyeing and fixing process eliminates a post-colour fixing pro⁃cess,increases production efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
