摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG-1450)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、1,4-丁二醇(1,4-BDO)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过改变软硬段羟基比例、1,4-BDO与MEDA物质的量之比,并使用醋酸溶液代替去离子水乳化合成聚氨酯预聚体,制备了可用自来水配制且性能稳定的固色剂。对乳液粒径及Zeta电位、整理前后织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度等指标进行测试,最终确定WPU-10为最佳配方,用其配制的工作液性能稳定,整理后棉织物耐湿摩擦色牢度达4~5级。
The waterborne polyurethane(WPU)fixing agent is synthesized with polyethylene glycol(PEG-1450),toluene diisocyanate(TDI),1,4-butanediol(1,4-BDO),and N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)as raw materials.By changing the ratio of hydroxyl group in the soft and hard segments,and the ratio of 1,4-BDO to MEDA,and using acetic acid solution instead of deionized water to emulsify prepolymers,a stable color fixing agent is pre⁃pared.By testing of average particle size,zeta potential of WPU emulsions,wet rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the treated fabric,WPU-10 is finally determined as the best formula.Stabilized working liquor is ob⁃tained with WPU-10,which have Class 4-5 rubbing fastness after finishing on cotton fibers.
