摘要
本文介绍了一种大容量整流移相水冷变压器的研发设计,采用2台同规格容量变压器分别移相±7.5°组合成24脉波的原理实现,变压器整体通过水冷控制系统达到降低温升提高过载能力的效果,并加入预充磁变压器等部件单元实现智能化控制功能,最后采用水冷变压器实例验证设计温升,为该类型变压器在船舶电力推进系统等工况下的使用提供参考。
This paper introduces the research and design of a large capacity rectification phase-shifting water-cooled transformer,which adopts the principle of combining two transformers of the same specification with phase-shifting of±7.5°to form a 24 pulse wave.The overall transformer achieves the effect of reducing temperature rise and improving overload capacity through a water-cooled control system,and adds pre-magnetized transformers and other component units to achieve intelligent control functions.Finally,a water-cooled transformer is used in actual example to verify the designed temperature rise as a reference for the use of this type of transformer in marine electric propulsion systems and other operating conditions.
