京津冀线性文化遗产协同发展新格局的构建——以长城、大运河为例

以运河、长城为代表的线性文化遗产是阐释京津冀协同发展的最佳模式之一。京津冀协同发展需要突破地域限制,协同构建品质优良的生态、文化体系,由点到线,由线及面的方式推进建设环首都文化网络体系,从本体保护、环境治理、资金支持、机制建设、文旅开发、科学研究等层面形成合力,不断推进大运河文化带和长城国家文化公园的保护利用工作,积极推进京津冀线性文化遗产共保共用、协同保护的创新型模式。

The linear cultural heritage represented by the Grand Canal and the Great Wall is one of the best models to explain the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeineeds to break through regional restrictions,jointly build a high-quality ecological and cultural system,and promote the construction of a cultural network system around the capital from point to line,from line to surface.It needs to form a synergyfrom the aspects of ontology protection,environmental governance,financial support,mechanism construction,cultural tourism development and scientific research,so as to continuously promote the protection and utilization of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt and the Great Wall National Cultural Park,and actively promote the innovative mode of co-protection,sharing and collaborative protection of the linear cultural heritage of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
