协同创新背景下沧州市高技术制造业知识产权联盟建设研究

Research on the Embellishment of Intellectual Property Alliance in Cangzhou High-tech Manufacturing Industry in the Context of Collaborative Innovation

协同创新发展背景下,建立知识产权联盟能帮助高技术制造企业强化知识产权保护意识及运用能力,推动产业转型升级。沧州市高技术制造业已进入提质增效的关键阶段,在协同创新的发展背景下,基于高技术制造企业特点及地方发展实际,建设高技术制造业知识产权联盟路径,建立健全联盟管理机制,加强政府引导和联盟成员间的对话合作,有效减少企业间因知识产权垄断而产生的“公共地带悲剧”,进而帮助企业优化高新技术迭代效率,共同应对国际或地区间知识产权冲突纠纷。

In the context of collaborative innovation and development,establishing intellectual property alliances can help high-tech manufacturing enterprises strengthen their awareness of intellectual property protection and application capabilities,and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.The high-tech manufacturing industry in Cangzhou has entered a critical stage of improving quality and efficiency.In the context of collaborative innovation,based on the characteristics of high-tech manufacturing enterprises and local realities,this study explores the way of building a high-tech manufacturing intellectual property alliance with the aim of strengthening government guidance and dialogue or cooperation among alliance members,effectively reducing the“tragedy of the public area”caused by intellectual property monopoly among enterprises,helping enterprises optimize the efficiency of high-tech iteration,and jointly addressing international or regional intellectual property disputes.
