熄灭内心的“火山”——小学生情绪管理个案辅导

摘要 一名小学五年级学生课间因值日问题与同学和老师发生冲突,并且在日常生活中表现出情绪易激惹、充满敌意等特点。在辅导中,心理教师基于家校协同视角尝试运用合理情绪疗法等方法,对学生在情绪管理方面进行了四个阶段的心理辅导。同时,指导家长转变家庭教育理念,规范教养规则,营造和谐的家庭氛围。
