基于空间句法的历史文化街区空间形态研究以昆明市文明街历史文化街区为例

A Study on the Spitial Form of Historical and Cultural Blocks Based on Space Syntax:A Case Study of Wenming Street Historical and Cultural Blocks in Kunming City

文明街历史文化街区作为昆明市老城区内重要的传统街区,是昆明老城发展的重要承载地,蕴含着丰富的历史人文信息。运用空间句法对文明街片区进行空间量化分析,并通过对句法分析结果与街区规划结构、商业分布现状及历史要素分布的关联分析,探索文明街片区的空间形态特征,为未来文明街历史文化街区的进一步更新改造提供参考借鉴。结果表明:街区的核心街道空间结构为“两横两纵”;街区整体呈现出“大街有序,小巷杂乱”的空间特征;街区商业空间分布与街道整合度呈现出正相关,商铺多聚集在整合度较高的街道中,且整合度越高的街道,其业态相对越丰富;街区内的历史要素相对集中且位于整合度较高的街道附近,但部分可达性较差甚至无法到达。

As an important traditional old street in the old city of Kunming City,Wenming Street Historical and Cultural Block is an important carrier for the development of the old city of Kunming,which contains rich historical and humanistic information.The article uses space syntax to conduct spatial quantitative analysis of the Wenming Street area,and analyzes the correlation between the syntactic analysis results and the block planning structure,the current commercial distribution and the distribution of historical elements,so as to explore the spatial morphological characteristics of the Wenming Street area,and provide some reference for the further renovation of the historical and cultural streets of Wenming Street in the future.The results show that the core street space structure of the block is"two horizontal and two vertical";The whole block presents the spatial characteristics of"orderly streets and chaotic alleys";There is a positive correlation between the commercial spatial distibution of blocks and the degree of street integration.Shops mostly gather in the streets with higher degree of integration,and the higher degree of integration,the more diversified the business forms of the streets.The historical elements within the block are relatively concentrated and located near the well-integrated streets,but some of them are not accessible or even inaccessible to tourists.
