五子衍宗方散剂对罗曼蛋鸡生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Wuzi Yanzong Recipe Powder on Performance and Serum Levels of Biochemical Indexes of Roman Laying Hens

摘要 以130日龄罗曼蛋鸡为研究对象,在其基础日粮中添加0(CK)、0.5%(Ⅰ组)、1.0%(Ⅱ组)、1.5%(Ⅲ组)、2.0%(Ⅳ组)、2.5%(Ⅴ组)的五子衍宗方散剂,饲喂68 d,研究饲粮中添加不同水平五子衍宗方散剂对产蛋初期罗曼蛋鸡生产性能、血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,各试验组的平均日采食量以及蛋鸡血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素含量均无显著差异;但I组能够显著降低蛋鸡血清中肌酐、尿酸和总胆汁酸的含量,且对血清中碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶含量无显著影响;I~Ⅱ组能够显著降低试验蛋鸡料蛋比并显著提高试验蛋鸡全期产蛋率;I~Ⅲ组均能显著降低蛋鸡血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量;而Ⅲ~Ⅴ组蛋鸡血清中肌酐含量显著升高;Ⅴ组能够显著提高血清中谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶含量,Ⅱ~Ⅳ组血清中碱性磷酸酶含量显著升高。综上所述,在基础日粮中添加0.5%的五子衍宗方散剂可改善产蛋初期罗曼蛋鸡的生产性能、血清生化指标,并调节蛋鸡血脂代谢,但添加1.0%~2.5%的五子衍宗方散剂会给蛋鸡带来不利影响。综合考虑,产蛋初期罗曼蛋鸡饲粮中五子衍宗方散剂添加量应以0.5%为宜。 The basic diet of 130-day-old Roman laying hens was supplemented with Wuzi Yanzong Recipe powder at the doses of 0(CK),0.5%(group I),1.0%(group II),1.5%(group III),2.0%(group IV),and 2.5%(group V).After the hens were fed with the modified diets for 68 d,the serum levels of biochemical indexes of Roman laying hens in the early laying period were determined.The results showed that neither average daily feed intake nor the serum levels of total protein,albumin,globulin,alanine transaminase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and indirect bilirubin had significant differences between CK and other groups.Compared with CK,group I showed lowered serum levels of creatinine,uric acid,and total bile acid and no changes in the serum levels of alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase,and lactate dehydrogenase.Groups I and II showed reduced feed/egg ratio and increased total laying rate of Roman laying hens in the early laying period.Groups I–III reduced the serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05).Groups III–V elevated the serum level of creatine.Group V elevated the serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and lactate dehydrogenase.Group II–IV elevated the serum level of alkaline phosphatase.In summary,the basic diet supplemented with 0.5%Wuzi Yanzong Recipe powder can improve the performance and serum levels of biochemical indexes and regulate the serum lipid metabolism of Roman laying hens in the early laying period.However,supplementing Wuzi Yanzong Recipe powder at 1.0%–2.5%would bring adverse effects.Therefore,the basal diet can be supplemented with 0.5%Wuzi Yanzong Recipe powder for the Roman laying hens in the early laying period.
