基于BIM技术的高速铁路设备运维管理关键技术及总体设计方案研究

摘要 建筑信息模型(BIM)是一种应用于工程设计、建造、管理的数据化工具,高速铁路建设过程中,通过引入BIM技术对工程设计、项目建设进行管理,在优化工程设计、强化施工组织、节约成本和缩短工期等方面发挥了重要作用,但在铁路运维阶段研究探索还不够深入。研究以日兰高速铁路曲菏段济宁北—嘉祥北—巨野北“三站两区间”作为研究对象,深入分析高速铁路运维阶段的需求,以BIM技术为主要实现手段,制定“一套标准”,应用“一套数据”,构建“一体化平台”,融合应用GIS、北斗技术,围绕BIM交付标准、设备管理结合部、联调联试、平台建设与应用开发等开展研究,对BIM数据交接、平台建设、智能运维提出较为完整的技术方案,对BIM技术由高速铁路建设阶段过渡到运维阶段的应用具有一定的指导意义。 Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a data-based tool applied in engineering design,construction and management.During the high speed railway construction process,the implementation of BIM technology in engineering design and project construction management has played an important role in optimizing engineering design,enhancing construction organization,saving costs and reducing construction duration.However,research and exploration in the railway operation and maintenance stage are not deep enough.The study selected the Jiningbei-Juyebei“three stations and two intervals”in the Qufu-Heze section of the Rizao-Lankao High Speed Railway as its research subject to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the requirements during the high speed railway operation and maintenance stage.BIM technology was utilized as the primary means of implementation,establishing“a set of standards”,applying“one set of data”,and constructing“an integrated platform”.By integrating GIS and Beidou technology and focuing on research related to BIM delivery standards,equipment management interfaces,joint testing and commissioning,as well as platform construction and application development,the study puts forward a complete technical program for BIM data handover,platform construction,and intelligent operation and maintenance.This is of certain guiding significance for the transition of BIM technology from the construction stage to the operation and maintenance stage of high speed railways.
