定西市农村生态环境保护发展现状、存在的问题及措施

Current Status,Existing Problems and Measures of Rural Ecological Environment Protection and Development in Dingxi City

全面推进乡村振兴,加强农村生态环境保护。科学分析定西市农村生态环境保护存在的问题,诸如种植、养殖、日常生活、工业生产、工程建设等领域广泛存在的生产方式粗放、乱排乱放、滥采乱建等,甚至破坏生态环境问题。针对存在的问题提出加大生态环境保护宣传培训力度,发展绿色低碳高效产业;做好顶层设计,加强农村生态环境的全面保护和系统治理;多方筹措资金,提高环境保护公共服务水平;加大环境保护监督管理力度,抓好政策落实等对策措施,建设生态宜居美丽乡村,推动经济社会可持续发展。

Promoting rural revitalization comprehensively and strengthening rural ecological environment protection.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the protection of rural ecological environment in Dingxi City,such as extensive production methods,indiscriminate waste discharge,over-exploitation,and disorderly construction in various fields including planting,breeding,daily life,industrial production,and engineering construction,which result in pollution and even destruction of the ecological environment.In response to these problems,this paper proposes measures such as intensifying publicity and training on ecological environment protection,developing green,low-carbon,and efficient industries;formulating overall plans to enhance comprehensive protection and systematic governance of the rural ecological environment;mobilizing multiple sources of funding to improve the level of environmental protection public services;strengthening environmental supervision and management,and ensuring the implementation of policies.These measures aim to build environmentally-friendly and beautiful rural areas,promote sustainable economic and social development.
