高校思政课教师专业化发展路径:基于协同理论视角

摘要 “大思政”背景下持续推动高校思政课教师专业化发展具有重要意义。协同理论所表现出的开放性、复杂性、协同性、秩序性等特性,与高校思政课教师专业发展体系呈现的特点相适切。在协同理论观照下,高校思政课教师专业化发展系统内外因素协同配合、同向同行,能够促进高校思政课教师专业化不断发展。 Within the context of"overall ideological and political education",it is of great significance to continuously promote the professional development of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities.The characteristics of the synergy theory,such as openness,complexity,collaboration,and orderliness,align well with the characteristics presented in the professional development system for ideological and political course teachers.Therefore,in the light of the synergy theory,fostering synergistic coordination and alignment between internal and external factors within this system can facilitate the continuous development of professional expertise among the ideological and political course teachers.
