职业教育与开放教育融合贯通培养高技能人才路径——以数字媒体技术专业为例

Path of Cultivating High-skilled Talents by Integrating Vocational Education and Open Education—Taking the Digital Media Technology Major as an Example

以数字媒体技术专业为例,分析当前我国高技能人才培养工作中存在的共性问题,提出将职业教育与开放教育融合贯通实现高技能人才培养的设想并论证其必要性与可行性,设计两类教育学历层次贯通、培养方案融合、培养过程分段契合、学历提升与技能培养并重的现代职业人才培养模式,以“分方向、多层次、进阶式”高技能人才培养方案制定、项目化课程体系构建、分段契合培养过程设计、线上线下混合式教学模式改革、校企双主体协同育人实践以及高技能人才一站式网络服务平台建设等为创新突破口,探索两类教育融合贯通培养高技能人才的实施路径,全面推进新时期职业教育和开放教育改革发展,拓宽高技能人才培养通道。

Accelerating the training of high-skilled talents is an important measure to improve the quality,enhance the value of China's skilled workforce and promote high-quality economic development.Taking the Digital Media Technology major as an example,this paper analyzes the common problems in the current training of high-skilled talents in China,proposes the integration of vocational education and open education to improve the training of high-skilled talents,and highlights its necessity and feasibility.A modern vocational talent development model is suggested,which involves integrating two types of education qualifications,combining training schemes,aligning segmented training processes,and emphasizing both academic advancement and skill development.This model adopts a"direction-based,multi-level,progressive"approach to formulate high-skilled talent training schemes,establish project-based curriculum systems,design segmented training processes,perform blended online and offline teaching mode reforms,promote collaborative education practices between schools and enterprises,and construct all-in-one online platforms for high-skilled talent services.These innovations serve as breakthrough points to explore the implementation path of integrating vocational and open education for high-skilled talent training,comprehensively advance vocational education and open education reforms and developments in the new era,and broaden the channels for high-skilled talent cultivation.
