摘要
课程开发作为职业教育改革创新的关键一环,与人才培养效果密切相关,对其研究具有重要意义。在充分调研和企业顶岗实践基础上,以企业实际人才需求为导向,从供给侧角度,基于工作过程系统化开发理念与流程,对网络营销课程进行开发与教学实施,旨在有效提高学生的“三度”:对课程的掌握度、融入企业工作环境的精准度和服务地方经济发展的贡献度。
Curriculum development,as a key aspect of vocational education reform and innovation,is closely related to the effectiveness of talent cultivation and has important implications for its research.Informed by thorough investigations and on-the-job training in enterprises,this paper takes actual talent demands of companies as guidance and adopts a supply-side perspective.Based on the work process systematization concept and workflow,a network marketing curriculum is developed and implemented to effectively enhance students'"three degrees":mastery of the curriculum,precision in integrating into the corporate work environment,and contribution to local economic development.
