癌症患者电子健康素养与健康相关结局关系的系统评价

E-health literacy and health-related outcomes aamong cancer survivors:A systematic review

目的系统评价癌症患者电子健康素养与健康相关结局之间的关系。方法系统检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、万方、CNKI、CBM、VIP数据库关于癌症患者电子健康素养与健康相关结局的研究,检索时限为2006年1月1日—2023年1月17日。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献,质量评价,提取资料,分析癌症患者电子健康素养水平及其影响因素、健康结局与电子健康素养的关系。结果共纳入14篇文献,12篇为高质量,2篇为中等质量。癌症患者的电子健康素养较低,与年龄、文化程度、互联网/电子产品的使用、健康信息的搜寻有关。与电子健康素养相关的健康结局被分为4类:身体健康、健康管理行为、心理社会健康和健康认知。对于健康管理行为、心理社会健康和认知结果,研究大多一致表明电子健康素养与更好的结果正相关;对于身体健康结论不一致。结论应根据癌症患者电子健康素养的影响因素采取针对性的干预措施,加强电子健康知识的普及和技能培训。未来多开展电子健康素养与身体健康、就医能力的研究。

Objective Systematic evaluation of the relationship between e-health literacy and health-related outcomes in oncology patients.Methods PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,Wanfang,CNKI,CBM,and VIP databases were systematically searched for studies on e-health literacy and health-related outcomes in cancer patients from January 1,2006 to January 17,2023.The literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,quality evaluated,and information extracted to analyze the level of e-health literacy among cancer patients and its influencing factors,and the relationship between health outcomes and e-health literacy.Results A total of 14 papers were included,12 were of high quality and 2 were of moderate quality.Lower e-health literacy among oncology patients was associated with age,education,internet/electronic product use,and search for health information.Health outcomes associated with e-health literacy were classified into four categories:physical health,health management behaviors,psychosocial health and health cognitions.For health management behaviors,psychosocial health and cognitive outcomes,studies were mostly consistent in showing that eHealth literacy was positively associated with better outcomes;for physical health findings were inconsistent.Conclusion Targeted interventions should be adopted according to the influencing factors of e-health literacy in oncology patients,and e-health literacy and skills training should be strengthened.More studies on e-health literacy and physical health and access to health care should be conducted in the future.
