摘要
语言类外教作为高职院校教师队伍中的一个特殊群体,其工作压力引发的各类负面事件日益引起关注。基于扎根理论,对16位高职院校外教进行访谈,发现在形成工作压力的影响因素中,教学因素和外事管理因素起主要作用,个人因素起中介作用,人际因素起调节作用。为提高聘请效益,高校需在合理规划教学全流程管理、规范日常外事管理、提升外教个人压力阈值和提供积极人际支持等方面进行干预。
Foreign language teachers account for the majority of all foreign teachers in higher vocational colleges.As a special group,the negative cases caused by their work stress are receiving more and more attention.Under the guidance of grounded theory,elaborate interviews have been conducted with 16 foreign language teachers and it is found that among all influencing factors leading to work stress,the factors of teaching and foreign affairs management play the major role,while personal factors play a mediating role and interpersonal ones a moderating role.In order to promote employment efficiency,colleges and universities are suggested to have a rational regulation of whole-process teaching management,standardize daily foreign affairs management,raise foreign teachers’personal pressure threshold and provide proactive interpersonal support for them.
