照护目标沟通在癌症患者临床应用中的研究进展

Research Progress on the Clinical Application of Care Goal Communication in Cancer Patients

照护目标沟通有助于实现目标一致性照护。通过明确照护目标沟通的概念,总结核心要点,对其国内外相关理论和实践模型进行介绍,对常用且具有实用价值的沟通工具及评价工具进行整合,分析整理出可供各方遵循的“评估−干预−评价,辅之以沟通工具”的研究和实践应用思路。应对其在我国发展的操作性难题,以期更好地在癌症患者中开展照护目标沟通,为突破我国预立医疗照护发展瓶颈提供路径。实现早期安宁疗护与肿瘤治疗全周期有机整合,改善患者生命质量,进而提升我国安宁疗护整体质量。

Goals of care communication contributes to achieving goal-concordant care.By elucidating the concept goals of care communication,summarizing key points,introducing the relevant theoretical and practical models at home and abroad,and integrating common and practical communication tools and evaluation tools,this paper analyzes and sorts out the research and practical application approach of"assessment-intervention-evaluation,supplemented by communication tools".Addressing operational challenges in its development in China,this approach aims to facilitate the implementation of the goals of care communication among cancer patients,providing a pathway to break through the bottleneck of the development of adcance care planning.The goal is to achieve early integration of palliative care with the entire continuum of cancer treatment,improve the quality of life of patients,and enhance the overall level of palliative care in China.
