摘要
已建系缆墩作为预留结构,在码头升级改造投入使用时,需对其承载能力进行评估。根据系缆墩结构及实际使用工况,采用有限元软件SAP2000建立空间模型,计算其极限承载能力。为验证数值计算的准确性,设计并实施了系缆墩的原型试验,试验采用拖轮分级加载,以位移作为试验控制参数,有效地解决了反力和观测系统搭建困难等问题。数值计算结果与试验结果较吻合,证明系缆墩承载力判定方法合理,评估结果满足升级改造要求,为类似结构的承载力评估方法提供借鉴实例。
An existing mooring pier,as a reserved structure,needs to be evaluated for its bearing capacity when the dock is put into use during the upgrading and renovation.A spatial model is established using finite element software SAP2000,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the mooring pier is calculated based on the actual operating conditions and structure of the mooring pier.To verify the reliability of numerical calculations,a prototype test of the mooring pier was designed and implemented.The test used tugboat graded loading,with displacement as the experimental control parameter,effectively solving the problems of reaction force and difficulty in building the observation system.The numerical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,proving that the method for determining the bearing capacity of the mooring pier is reasonable,and the evaluation results meet the requirements of upgrading and renovation.This provides a reference example for the bearing capacity evaluation methods of similar structures.
