摘要
针对塑料排水板打设深度难以实时监管的问题,以实现对排水板从生产到施工全过程进行信息化监管为目标,对排水板加固软基技术的业务流程梳理和需求分析,建立了基于二维条码扫描技术的排水板施工质量监管信息系统,实时监管排水板的打设深度。实现排水板从工厂生产到现场施工的质量追溯和监管,有效保证了排水板的产品和施工质量。
In the view of the problem of difficulty in real-time supervision of the depth of plastic drainboard installation,with the goal of realizing information-based supervision of the entire process of drainboards from production to construction,the business process sorting and demand analysis of drainboard reinforcement soft foundation technology have been sorted out.A drainboard construction quality supervision information system based on QR code scanning technology has been established to monitor the construction depth of the drainboard in real-time.To realize the quality traceability and supervision of drainboards from factory production to on-site construction,effectively ensure the product and construction quality of drainboards.
