摘要
针对变电站GIS预制舱室内空间小且密闭、风机噪音大,通风系统采集判据信息单一、缺乏联动、智能化水平低等问题,研制了变电站GIS预制舱通风系统。该系统集成应用可强化弱气流通风技术、微正压空调技术、风机控制与状态监测技术、多传感器融合技术和智能联动控制技术,实现了自动检测GIS预制舱室内的SF_(6)浓度、O_(2)浓度、温湿度、空气质量及风机、空调、除湿机、空气净化器、防尘通风装置的运行状态,及时发现设备故障,提高GIS预制舱室通风效率。
According to the problems of small and closed indoor space of GIS precast cabin in substation,the loud noise from fan,the single information collection criterion of ventilation system,the lack of linkage and the low intelligence level,it develops the ventilation system of GIS precast cabin in substation.The system integrates enhanced weak airflow ventilation technology,the micro positive pressure air conditioning technology,the fan control and condition monitoring technology,the multi-sensor fusion technology and the intelligent linkage control technology.It realizes the automatic detection of SF_(6) concentration,the O_(2) concentration,the temperature and humidity,the air quality and fans,air conditioners,dehumidifiers,air purifiers and dust ventilation devices in GIS prefabricated cabin.It finds the equipment fault in time to improve the ventilation efficiency of GIS precast cabin.
