不同原油稳定工艺模拟对比与分析

摘要 为提高原油稳定工艺的稳定深度、能耗水平和经济效益,以现场实际运行工况为例,从稳定深度、C_(1)~C_(4)拔出率、单位产品能耗、经济效益和工艺㶲损失等方面出发,利用HYSYS模拟软件和PR状态方程,对微正压闪蒸工艺和提馏稳定工艺进行对比和分析,确定了不同工况下的工艺边界条件。结果表明,对于微正压闪蒸工艺和提馏稳定工艺,塔底温度应分别控制在90~120℃、110~140℃,以满足原油稳定深度的要求;当对稳定原油中C_(1)~C_(4)的拔出率有所要求,可优先采用提馏稳定工艺;塔底温度对两种工艺的稳定原油单位产品能耗影响不大;与提馏稳定工艺相比,微正压闪蒸工艺在稳定轻烃上的单位产品能耗更小;2000元/的稳定轻烃价格可以作为经济上优选工艺的分界点;从工艺上分析,原油稳定工艺的重点优化对象为换热器、加热器和塔器。研究结果可为同类原油稳定工艺的优化设计提供参考。 In order to improve the stability depth,energy consumption level and economic efficiency of crude oil stabilization process,taking the actual operation condition of the site as an example,the paper started from the stability depth,C,-C4 pullout rate,energy consumption per unit product,economic benifit and process exergy loss,and used HYSYS simulation software and PR state equation to compare and analyze the micro positive pressure flash process and the distillation stabilization process,and finally determined the process boundary conditions under different working conditions.The results show that for the micro-positive pressure flash process and the distillation stabilization process,the bottom temperature of the tower should be controlled at 90~120℃ and 110~140℃ respectively to meet the requirements of the stable depth of crude oil.When the extraction rate of C_(1)~C_(4) in stable crude oil is required,the distillation stabilization process can be preferred.The temperature at the bottom of the tower has litle effect on energy consumption per unit product of stable crude oil.Compared with the distllation stabilization process,the micro positive pressure flash process has lower energy consumption per unit product for stabilizing light hydrocarbons.The stable light hydrocarbon price of 2000 yuan/t can be used as the cut-off point of the economic optimization process.Exergy analysis shows that the optimization targets of crude oil stabilization technology are heat exchangers,heaters and towers.The research results can provide practical reference for the optimization design of similar crude oil stabilization process.
