摘要
气田开发过程中,经常会进行集输气系统工况调整变化。在气井产量大幅提升后,随着流速、压力的增加,会导致腐蚀、冲蚀、应力的加大,加剧对生产设施的腐蚀和损害。有必要对整个地面集输气工艺设施的工况适应性进行分析评价。根据评价结果,采取相应措施,优化工艺流程及参数,选用合理的生产制度防控风险,确保安全平稳生产。研究采用的评价技术主要建立在弯头、阀门等重点关键部件检测评价基础上,采用模型预测、检测分析等技术手段,对关键部件的强度、使用寿命进行计算评价,可为地面集输气设施工况适应性评价提供参考,对集输气井站安全高效生产具有借鉴意义。
In the process of gas field development,the working conditions of collecting and transporting gas system are often adjusted and changed.After a sharp rise in gas well output,with the increase of flow rate and pressure,corrosion,erosion and stress will increase,which will aggravate the corrosion and damage to the production facilities.It is necessary to analyze and evaluate the working condition adaptability of the whole surface collection gas transmission process facility.According to the evaluation results,appropriate measures should be taken to optimize the process flow and parameters,select a reasonable production system,prevent and control risks,and ensure safe and stable production.The evaluation technology adopted this time is mainly based on the detection and evaluation of key components such as elbows and valves.The strength and service life of key components are calculated and evaluated by using technical means such as model prediction and detection analysis.It can provide reference for the adaptability evaluation of surface gas gathering facilities,and has reference significance for the safe and efficient production of gas gathering well stations.
