从肝论治绝经后女性冠心病

Treatment of coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women from the perspective of liver

该文以女性视角出发,基于心肝的生理联系以及肝衰与绝经的时间段相同为切入点,深入探究肝气始衰是致病发的起点,继而从心肝的病理联系讨论阴血、阳气在肝的藏血、疏泄功能下影响心的正常生理功能,累伤心脉生理特性最终易造成冠心病的发生,并提出相对应的柔肝、疏肝治疗思路,在遣方用药多选用入肝经之品。以期对今后防治绝经后女性冠心病有所裨益。

From the perspective of women,based on the physiological relationship between the heart and the liver and the same period of time between liver failure and menopause,this paper deeply explores that the initial failure of liver qi is the starting point of the disease.then,from the pathological relationship of the heart and liver,it is discussed that yin blood and yang qi affect the normal physiological function of the heart under the function of storing blood and catharsis of the liver.in addition,the daily accumulation of physiological characteristics of sad pulse in women can easily lead to the occurrence of coronary heart disease(CHD).And put forward the corresponding treatment ideas of softening the liver and soothing the liver,and choose the products that enter the liver meridian in the prescription.It is expected to be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of CHD in postmenopausal women in the future.
