贯彻落实《条例》背景下高校机关党支部建设提质增效的路径探究

On the Path to Improving Quality and Effectiveness of the Construction of Party Branch of University Organs Under the Circumstances of Implementing Regulations

高校机关党支部大多数是按照工作职能依托机关各部门设置的,是高校各项党建和业务工作运转的核心和枢纽单位,是具体工作规划建议和推动落实的主要单位,是确保学校党委各项决策部署不折不扣落实到基层单位的关键力量。在贯彻落实《条例》背景下,以真实问题为导向,客观分析高校机关党支部建设存在的短板,通过健全组织体系、完善运行机制、创新活动载体、强化考核评价、推动融合发展、强化品牌培育等途径,推动高校机关党支部建设提质增效。

Since most of the Party branches of university organs are established in line with the functions of organs,they are the core and pivot units of the functioning of Party building and business work of universities,major units of the proposal and implementation of work plans,and key power to ensure the decisions and arrangements of Party committee of universities to be precisely implemented in the basic level units.Under the circumstances of implementing"Regulations"and being real-problem oriented,it is advisable to objectively analyze the shortcomings of the construction of Party branches of university organs,and promote the improvement of quality and effectiveness of the construction of Party branches of university organs by completing organization system,perfecting operation mechanism,innovating activity carriers,strengthening examination evaluation,promoting integration and development,emphasizing brand cultivation.
