清淤和截污工程对河道行洪能力的影响——以深圳市福田区凤塘河为例

摘要 为研究清淤和截污工程实施对河道行洪能力的影响,本文选取深圳市福田区凤塘河暗涵段为研究区,采用MIKE11软件构建一维水动力模型进行工程实施,分析对河道行洪能力影响。结果表明:该模型能够可靠地模拟最大清淤深度的清淤工况与截污工程实施的设计工况,定量分析清淤和截污后控制断面水位变化情况。清淤工程的实施恢复了部分行洪断面,对河道防洪有利;而新建截污管占据了部分行洪断面,造成沿线水位壅高,削减了河道的行洪能力。对此,采取行洪补偿措施缓解工程实施对河道行洪能力的影响。以凤塘河暗涵清淤和截污工程为例,为河道水环境改善同时保证防洪要求提供参考。 In order to study the impact of dredging and sewage interception on flood discharge capacity in the river,the culvert in the Fengtang River in Futian District of Shenzhen was selected as the research area,and a one-dimensional hydrodynamic model was built using MIKE11 to analyze the impact of projects on flood discharge capacity.The results showed that the model accurately simulate the condition of the maximum dredging depth and the sewage interception project,and reliably analyze water level variations of the control sections after the implementation of dredging and sewage interception.Conditions of some flood discharge sections were improved due to the dredging works,which was beneficial to the flood control of the river,however,the water level rose owing to the newly-built sewage interceptors occupying the flood discharge sections,for further reducing the flood discharge capacity of the river.Therefore,flood discharge compensation measures were taken to alleviate the impact of project implementation on flood discharge capacity.Practice of dredging and sewage interception in the culvert of the Fengtang River was taken as an example,which provides a reference for improving the water environment and ensure the flood control requirements of the river.
