摘要 地表水体遵循着水平衡原理和水循环原理,导致我国水资源短缺,主要原因之一是水资源污染问题,水体污染程度随着工农业生产和经济发展速度的加快不断加剧,在此背景下本文提出生态补偿下区域水环境非点源污染治理技术。首先在BASINS平台中构建了HSPF(hydrological simulation program fortran)水文模型,然后采用HSPF水文模型对区域水环境的非点源污染情况展开分析,包括非点源污染负荷总量以及污染负荷量时间分布情况,最后在生态补偿理念下根据分析结果提出生态施肥技术、水土保持技术、固体废物和污水处理技术,治理区域水环境的非点源污染。 The surface water follows the principle of water balance and water cycle,which leads to the shortage of water resources in China.One of the main reasons is the problem of water resources pollution.With the acceleration of industrial and agricultural production and economic development,the degree of water pollution continues to increase.Under this background,the non-point source pollution control technology of regional water environment under ecological compensation is proposed.First,the HSPF(hydrological simulation program fortran)hydrological model is built in the BASINS platform,then the HSPF hydrological model is used to analyze the non-point source pollution of the regional water environment,including the total non-point source pollution load and the time distribution of the pollution load.Based on the ecological compensation concept,the ecological fertilization technology,water and soil conservation technology,solid waste and sewage treatment technology are proposed to control the non-point source pollution of the regional water environment.
