摘要
对图书馆参与个人数字记忆保存的实践案例展开研究,旨在明确面对数字记忆保存的复杂性,图书馆参与其中的功能与方法。采用网络调研和案例研究的方法,梳理哥伦比亚特区公共图书馆记忆实验室项目在建设背景、项目定位、服务内容、项目成效等方面的内容和经验,探讨该项目参与个人数字记忆保存的策略要点,可以发现,该项目在深化个人记忆保存意识、培育数字保存能力、共享数字记忆资源、提供可持续辅助等方面能够为我国提供有效参照,由此提出图书馆可顺势数字中国建设及其数字素养培育的功能定位,培养个人数字记忆保存意识及能力,并建立可持续的社会化保存框架参与个人数字记忆保存行动。
The paper aims to contribute to identifying function and method of participating personal digital memory preservation by libraries.With the method of online investigation and case study,the paper sorts out the contents and experiences of the Memory Lab program at the DC Public Library in terms of construction background,program orientation,service content,and program effectiveness,and to explore the key points of the program's strategy for library involvement in personal digital memory preservation.The project provides an effective reference for China in deepening awareness of personal memory preservation,cultivating digital preservation capabilities,sharing digital memory resources,and providing sustainable assistance.Thus,this paper proposes that libraries can take advantage of the construction of digital China and its functional positioning of digital literacy cultivation,cultivate the awareness and ability of personal digital memory preservation,and establish a sustainable social preservation framework to participate in personal digital memory preservation actions.
