陕西省化工产业聚集区地下水环境监测井技术应用

摘要 为掌握大型化工产业聚集区地下水环境质量状况,推动建立化工园区地下水环境监测网,各地积极开展了地下水环境状况调查评估相关工作。本文以西安泾河工业园地下水环境水文地质调查为例,系统总结了一套适用于第四系松散区地下水监测井“小口径取芯钻探、大口径建井”的两阶段成井技术,其中第一阶段为水文地质钻探、取样及物探测井,第二阶段为扩孔成井、下置井管、填砾、止水、洗井、监测井保护、水样采集、抽水试验,并对成井过程中的难点及重点进行了分析,提供了相关处理措施及建议。经现场施工实践,该技术应用可有效指导监测井建设,保证了成井质量,避免了个别孔重复施工,可为大型化工产业聚集区地下水环境状况调查提供技术借鉴。结合物联网技术和5G技术,地下水监测网可实现自动化实时监测,提高地下水污染风险预警的能力。 In order to master the groundwater environment quality in large chemical industry cluster areas and promote the establishment of groundwater environment monitoring network in chemical industry parks,various regions have actively carried out the investigation and assessment of groundwater environment.Taking the hydro-geological survey of groundwater environment in Xi'an Jinghe industrial park as an example,this paper systematically summarizes a set of two-stage well completion techniques applicable to the monitoring well logging of groundwater in the Quaternary loose area,namely,"small diameter coring drilling and large diameter well construction",the first stage is hydro-geological drilling,sampling and geophysical logging,and the second stage is well completion by reaming,well casing placement,gravel filling,water stop,well washing,monitoring well protection,water sample collection and pumping test,the difficulties and key points in well completion are analyzed,and relevant treatment measures and suggestions are provided.Through field construction practice,the application of this technology can effectively guide the construction of monitoring wells,ensure the well completion quality,avoid repeated construction of individual holes,and provide technical reference for the investigation of groundwater environment in large chemical industry gathering areas.Combined with internet of internet of things technology and 5G technology,the groundwater monitoring network can realize automatic real-time monitoring and improve the ability of groundwater pollution risk early warning.
