Research on Optimization of Financial Subsidy Policies for Talent Introduction Based on Cost Efficiency Model:Taking J City Economic Development Zone as an Example

近年来,人才竞争已经成为各地竞争的重要组成部分,在各地财力均较为紧张的大背景下,优化人才引进财政补助政策成为人才竞争的关键。文章通过研究J市经济开发区的人才引进财政补助政策,运用成本-效能模式,结合当地财政的实际情况,分析现有政策中存在的问题,进一步对政策进行优化研究并提出优化建议。

In recent years,talent competition has become an important component of local competition.Under the background of relatively tight financial resources in various regions,optimizing the financial subsidy policy for talent introduction has become the key to talent competition.The paper analyzes the problems of existing policies by studying the financial subsidy policies for talent introduction in J City economic development zone,using a cost-effectiveness model and combining with the actual local financial situation.Further optimization research is conducted on the policies and optimization suggestions are proposed.
