承德市企业数字化转型对策研究

Study on the Digital Transformation Countermeasures of Enterprises in Chengde

探究企业数字化转型的实现机制,在当前大力发展数字经济的背景下具有极其重要的理论价值和现实意义。文章以承德市为例,通过文献综述、案例分析以及问卷调查等多种方法,探讨了企业数字化转型的影响因素及其实施策略。企业数字化转型,政府政策的支持引导是重要保障;企业的内部管理,高层决策,顶层设计是影响企业数字化转型的关键要素。基于承德市企业数字化转型实际,提出了企业数字化转型实现机制的理论框架。从机制上看,企业数字化转型有两个重点:提高运营效率和增加收入。有效的企业数字化转型必须在政府的引导下进行,且企业数字化转型之前必须先完成顶层设计,明确转型方式、需求变化目标、战略和增长目标,这是至关重要的。推进转型之后,进一步开发企业数字化愿景,加强宣贯,从用户的需求出发,建立有效的商业模式和运营模式,构建配套机制,让数字化文化“固化于制”,真正实现企业数字化转型可持续发展。

The exploration of the realization mechanism for enterprise digital transformation holds immense theoretical value and practical significance under the background of rapidly developing digital economy.This paper takes Chengde City as a case study,employing methods such as literature review,case analysis and questionnaires to examine the influencing factors and implementation strategies involved in enterprise digital transformation.For the digital transformation of enterprises,government policies provide crucial support and guidance,while internal management,high-level decisions,and top-level design are key factors that impact the success of such transformations.This paper proposes a theoretical framework for realizing enterprise digital transformation in Chengde City based on its current situation.In terms of mechanism,the digital transformation of enterprises has two critical factors.They are enhancement of operational efficiency and the rise of income.To ensure effective enterprise digital transformation,government guidance is essential.Prior to such a digital transformation,it is imperative to finish top-level design,define the mode of transformation,target changes in demand,strategic and growth objectives.After promoting the transformation,the enterprise should further develop its digital vision,strengthen publicity and implementation,prioritize user needs in establishing effective business and operational models,build supporting mechanisms to solidify the digital culture within the system,and ultimately achieve sustainable development in enterprises through digital transformation.
